For those who might not have guessed it, Sivarama Swami daily sends a message via SMS to all the sankirtan devotees in Hungary, and they re translated and posted here:
This marathon marks the 30th anniversary of Srila Prabhupada s disappearance. 30 years ago as temple president of Chicago I went out with the devotees from 6am to 8pm to O Hare Airport. Our goal was each devotee distributing 100 maha-big books daily, minimum. We knew by distributing books we could be with Prabhupada, our guru, our friend, our best well-wisher, our only key to Krsna, and Lord Caitanya s foremost preacher. And that was the only way we wanted to live: always with Srila Prabhupada.
Today, as then, Srila Prabhupada should be served thus. Today, as then, we should want to be with Prabhupada. Thus let us make today our “Special Prabhupada Day!” Let us all do some wonderful distribution that will bring that wide, wonderful, rewarding smile to Srila Prabhupada s face. That smile is worth being tired for, being cold for, struggling with the mind for. It is the logo of the sankirtan devotees. It is why our MKTHK exists and what its members live for.
Keeping Srila Prabhupada s smile as our meditation, let s do something wonderful today. Call out “Srila Prabhupada ki jaya!” and he will be by your side. Never think you are alone.

Ez a Maraton Srila Prabhupada eltávozásának 30. évfordulóját jelzi. 30 éve Chicago templom prezidentjeként reggel 6-tól este 8-ig kint voltam a bhaktákkal az O Hare reptéren. Az volt a célunk, hogy minden egyes bhakta kiosszon minimum 100 maha nagy könyvet naponta. Tudtuk, hogy a könyvosztás által együtt lehetünk Prabhupadával, a gurunkkal, a barátunkkal, a legjobb jóakarónkkal, az egyetlen kulccsal, mely Krisnához visz, az Úr Caitanya legkíválóbb prédikátorával. És csakis így akartunk élni: mindig Srila Prabhupadával.
Ahogy akkor, ma is így kell szolgálnunk Srila Prabhupadát. Ahogy akkor, ma is Prabhupadával kell akarnunk lenni. Legyen hát a mai nap a “Különleges Prabhupada napunk”! Osszunk mindannyian olyan csodálatosan, hogy megjelenjen Prabhupada arcán az a széles, csodálatos, elégedettséget okozó mosoly. Ezért a mosolyért érdemes elfáradni, a hidegben állni és küzdeni az elmével. Ez a sankirtana bhakták logója. Ezért létezik az MKTHK és ezért élnek a tagjai. Srila Prabhupada mosolyán meditálva csináljatok valami csodálatosat ma! Kiáltsátok, hogy “Srila Prabhupada ki jaya!” és ott lesz mellettetek. Sose gondoljátok, hogy egyedül vagytok.
